CALL TO ORDER
Harry Brooks called the meeting to order at 5:15 p.m.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA
John DeValve made a motion, seconded by Rebecca Cozzocrea and unanimously carried to waive the 48-hour notice and approve the agenda as presented and add or remove any items introduced by unanimous vote.
2023-24 BUDGET AND REVENUE STATUS REPORT
John DeValve made a motion to approve the 2023-24 original budget and revenue status report as submitted by the Chief Financial Officer. This motion was seconded by Kathryn Zajicek and unanimously carried. (SY 22-23 #191)
FUTURE MEETINGS
June 14, 2023 – CTE Commencement Ceremony, 6:00 p.m., FMCC Gymnasium
June 16, 2023 – Special Education Skills Achievement Commencement, 9 a.m., GMS
June 23, 2023 – HFM BOCES Closing Day Ceremony, 9am, HFM BOCES Conference Center
June 28, 2023 – HFM BOCES Regular Board Meeting – 5pm HFM BOCES Board Room
July 5, 2023 – Reorganizational Meeting, 5pm Board Room

With no further business to come before the Board, John DeValve made a motion at 5:20 p.m. to adjourn the meeting. This motion was seconded by Kathryn Zajicek and unanimously carried.
