March 25, 2020 | Filed in Archive

The Family Counseling Center has implemented a Warm Line for those with anxiety, isolation, and other issues related to COVID-19.

The phone number is 518-725-4310, ext. 333. The Warm Line will be operating from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday and Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The line will be staffed by licensed Family Peer Advocates to support people dealing with anxiety and other issues related to COVID-19 and being isolated.

In addition, they are equipped to triage and assess a caller’s needs to determine if they need a higher level of care. They will have immediate access to the FCC 24/7 Crisis Team.
