Outstanding graduates honored at banquet

Two graduates of the Gloversville Literacy Zone were honored Tuesday, Oct. 8 as 2019 Outstanding Adult Education Students of the Year by the New York Association of Continuing and Community Education. 

Gloversville resident Adam VanAvery and Johnstown resident Jaramie Allen were both honored at a banquet held at The Century House in Latham.

A third graduate, Kayla Hogabone, received an honorable mention in this year’s awards.
