On Wednesday, April 30, component school district boards of education unanimously approved the $4.03 million Hamilton-Fulton-Montgomery (HFM) BOCES administrative budget for the 2025-26 school year in a 15-0 vote.
This portion of the budget, which is the only section voted on by component school districts, reflects a 0.85% decrease compared to the 2024-25 administrative budget.
In addition to the budget approval, two board members were re-elected to serve on the HFM BOCES Board of Education. Dr. Harry Brook and Kathryn Zajicek were chosen by school board members from the component districts to continue in their roles. Their new three-year terms will officially begin on July 1, 2025.
