HFM Boces is accepting applications for a full-time 10-month teacher. This full-time tenure-track position has an anticipated start date of October 31, 2022. Foundations of Food is a two-year program intended to prepare students for a future in the expanding culinary field that offers a variety of food service opportunities.
This practical-based program teaches skills in all aspects of the food service industry. The foundations of food instructor is responsible for the instructional preparation, coordination, and delivery of the foundations of food curriculum aligned with industry standards and expectations. Prior student management is preferred.
A NYS Culinary Careers (7-12) Certification is required or credentials to gain a Transitional NYS Certification in Culinary Careers is required.
