EMPIRE BLUECROSS MEDICARE ADVANTAGE RENEWAL:

Recommend the Board authorize the District Superintendent to renew the Empire MediBlue Freedom PPO plan with Empire BlueCross to provide health insurance to the HFM BOCES Medicare eligible retirees at a rate increase of 2.72% effective January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024.
