The Hamilton-Fulton-Montgomery BOCES Regionalization Plan was developed through a year-long, collaborative process engaging district leaders, educators, and regional partners. Using the New York State Education Department’s Regionalization Planning Strengths and Needs Tool (PSNT) as a foundation, each district submitted data that was analyzed through interactive dashboards created by the RIC One network. These tools allowed BOCES and district teams to identify shared priorities, strengths, and areas for growth across the region. The process included multiple convenings of superintendents and stakeholder groups to interpret data, share insights, and co-develop strategies. The resulting plan reflects both local context and collective regional goals—positioning HFM BOCES to strengthen collaboration, improve efficiency, and enhance student outcomes across all component districts.
