As we continue to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic, our goal at HFM BOCES is to keep our programs open for in-person instruction to the greatest extent possible. While COVID testing is not currently required, BOCES programs are preparing for the possibility that school-based COVID testing for students, staff and teachers, may be put in place in the future by the state.
To be prepared for this possibility, we’re reaching out now to ask for your consent for your child to be tested if school COVID testing becomes necessary to keep in-person instruction available. Click the links below to fill out a consent form for your child:
