Mohawk Valley Library System Update
- MVLS is providing Eresources and virtual events.
- There has been lots of work going into reopening plans.
Interlibrary Coordination and Development Committee
- The committee will meet on November 13, 2020.
Long Range Planning Committee
- The committee will meet on January 22, 2021.
Interlibrary Loan Handbook Committee
- Met virtually on Friday May 8th to continue discussing updates to the handbook.
- Handbook changes are ready to be put to a vote.
Discussion
- Awards Luncheon
- Both the 2020 and 2021 award recipients will be honored and receive their awards at the 2021 Awards Luncheon.
- Council Membership for 2020/2021 School Year
- Five council members’ terms have been extended 3 years until June 30, 2023.
- Interlibrary Loan Handbook
- Changes made by the committee were approved by all council members.
- A request for professional development suggestions was posed to the group.
- Meeting dates for the 2020-2021 school year were approved.
- Preliminary budget approved by Council and budget details will be presented to Council at first Council meeting next Fall

- A request for summer 2020 virtual professional development was posed to the group.
