CALL TO ORDER
President Brooks called the meeting to order at 5:02 p.m.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA
John DeValve made a motion, seconded by Kathryn Zajicek and unanimously carried to approve the agenda as presented and add any items
introduced by unanimous vote.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Carmen Caraco made a motion, seconded by Jean LaPorta to approve the minutes of the February 16, 2022 regular Board meeting. This motion was unanimously carried.

Termination
John DeValve made a motion, seconded by Kathryn Zajicek and unanimously carried to discontinue the probationary appointment of the teacher below is discontinued, effective April 30, 2022 and further recommend the continuation of administrative leave, pending termination by accepting the following resolution:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Education of the Hamilton-Fulton-Montgomery BOCES votes to accept the recommendation of the District Superintendent that the probationary appointment of Employee ID:04130 be discontinued. The Board directs the District Superintendent to notify Employee ID: 04130 of the termination effective April 30, 2022. In addition, the Board approves the extension of administrative leave, until the effective date of the termination. (SY 21-22 #359)

Matt Sullivan made a motion, seconded by Jean LaPorta and unanimously carried to approve the Treasurer’s Report for the period of January 1, 2022 through January 31, 2022. (SY 21-22 #361)

Matt Sullivan made a motion, seconded by Jean LaPorta and unanimously carried to approve the January 2022 and February 2022 Extraclass reports as submitted. (SY 21-22 #362, 363)
ITEMS TO BE DECLARED SALVAGE
John DeValve made a motion, seconded by Kathryn Zajicek and unanimously carried to approve the items for salvage as listed on the Chief Financial Officer’s memoranda dated March 1, 2022. (SY 21-22 #364)
COMMUNITY ACTION POVERTY SIMULATION AGREEMENT
Kathryn Zajicek made a motion, seconded byCarmen Caraco to authorize the District Superintendent to execute the Community Action Poverty Simulation Agreement by and between HFM BOCES and Missouri Community Action Network to provide HFM BOCES with a Missouri CAN License to use privately. This motion was unanimously carried. (SY 21-22 #365)
GRANT
John DeValve made a motion, seconded by Kathryn Zajicek and unanimously carried to accept the following grant funds, and authorize their suitable appropriation and expenditure, pursuant to State Education Department and/or local approvals:
State Library IMLS American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Subaward Program – $9,022. (SY 21-22 #366)
