CALL TO ORDER
President Brooks called the meeting to order at 4:05 p.m., followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.
BOARD VACANCY DISCUSSION
The Board discussed the process for filling the Board Member vacancy created by Gustavo Sacerio’s resignation. They also discussed Kathrymn Zajicek’s interest in filling the seat.

ADJOURNMENT:
With no further business to come before the Board, John DeValve made a motion at 4:44 p.m. to adjourn the meeting. This motion was seconded by Jean LaPorta and unanimously carried.
