CALL TO ORDER
President Freeman called the meeting to order at 4:07 p.m., followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
At 4:09 p.m. the Board entered executive session to discuss a specific personnel matter upon a motion made by Jean LaPorta, seconded by James Beirlein and unanimously carried.
RETURN TO OPEN SESSION
At 5:46 p.m. John DeValve made a motion to return to open session. This motion was seconded by Jean LaPorta and unanimously carried.
RECESS
The Board took a recess at 5:46 p.m.
RESUME
The Board resumed the meeting at 5:54 p.m.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
At 5:54 p.m. the Board entered executive session to discuss a specific personnel matter upon a motion made by John DeValve, seconded by Carmen Caraco and unanimously carried.

ADJOURNMENT:
With no further business to come before the Board, Allan Turnbull made a motion at 6:57 p.m. to adjourn the meeting. This motion was seconded by Carmen Caraco and unanimously carried.
