OCT. 16, 2015 – HFM BOCES students at Gloversville Middle School are exploring different countries and cultures through their artwork. Using what they see and hear to interpret these cultures, the students are creating their own artwork inspired by their observations.
Each study unit focuses on a different country. Each time a unit is completed, the art teacher scratches the country off the project map and the students add a stamp to the passports they created to record the countries they “visit.”
So far, students have completed two projects in the Native American Art unit and added their first stamp.
