HFM students at Gloversville’s Boulevard Elementary School learned how to “paint with ice”

JAN. 26, 2016 – HFM students at Gloversville’s Boulevard Elementary School learned how to “paint with ice” as part of their Unique Learning Curriculum in Physical Science. Teacher Pam Hartig’s students followed a sequence of steps to mix and freeze “paintsicles,” which they used to create visual masterpieces. The unit was a collaborative project with art teacher Jamie Sedal-Amman, who discussed primary colors with the students and how they can be mixed together to form other colors.
