clinics at HFM Conference Day
HFM BOCES employees eligible for flu shots and health screenings
OCTOBER
31, 2012 - CDPHP and HFM BOCES are partnering to provide
employees with free health and wellness clinics during the
Superintendent's Conference Day on Nov 9, 2012.
Employees and their spouses are eligible for a free flu shot and
a comprehensive health screening. Appointments are necessary and
employees must present their insurance card.
Flu shots are being administered from 8:30 a.m.-noon, and the
comprehensive health screening/consultation will be available
from 8:30 a.m.-2 p.m.
