Sally Fancher
recipient of 2012 Service Award
Annual honor recognizes the person who best exemplifies the
mission and vision of HFM BOCES
 SEPTEMBER

- Each year since 1996, the HFM Board of Education has
selected one name from a list of nominees to receive the HFM
BOCES Service Award, created to recognize dedication and
commitment to advancing the mission of BOCES.
Alternative High School English language arts teacher Sally
Fancher was named as the 2012 recipient of the award at HFM
BOCES' opening day activities on Tuesday, Sept. 4.
Mrs. Fancher has been with HFM BOCES since 1988, and was
nominated for her dedication and availability to her
students. Her nomination specifically noted that Mrs.
Fancher "always has time to listen, and shows respect for
the student body.”

Anyone may nominate an HFM BOCES administrator, teacher or
member of the staff for the service award. Completed forms
must be submitted to the HFM BOCES Clerk of the Board, 2755
State Highway 67, Johnstown, NY 12095, no later than
February 23, 2013. |
