Board accepts bid for Stoner Trail campus
Purchase price will be $322,000
The
HFM BOCES Board of Education has accepted a bid from
Queensbury resident Gerard T. Nudi to buy the now-vacant Stoner Trail campus
for $322,000.
Two
bids were received during the bid opening on March 24, and the
board voted on March 26 to accept the higher of the two bids for
the
52-acre campus that includes seven buildings. The campus had housed the HFM BOCES Career &
Technical Center until September 2006, when it moved to the new 150,000-square-foot
HFM campus. Since then, the Stoner Trail campus
has been used for storage, pending its sale.
