Annual AHERA Notice

This notice is to inform you, as required by the Federal Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA), that the documentation for our District Asbestos Management Plan, the semiannual surveillance inspections, and the three-year reinspection are available for your review in the Operations Office. Information regarding response actions may also be found in the District Asbestos Management Plan. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact David Aimone, Director of Operations.
 

Annual Pest Control Advisory Notification

If you would like to request notification before pesticides are used in any of our facilities, or in any of our component school district buildings, you may download a PDF version of the notification request form here.

If you need technical assistance with your computer hardware or software, or if you have a maintenance issue you would like addressed, please file your request by logging on to:

Health and Safety Committee

IMPORTANT: The Health/Safety Concern Reporting Form (pdf) should be used for persistent issues related to specific Safety & Health Issues that need to be addressed outside of the normal work order system. Please enter routine comfort-related requests through the work order system online. Emergency situations should be reported directly to your program supervisor or the Operations Department at 736-4380.
