The HFM BOCES SETRC Office, part of the HFM Special Education Division, provides resources, information, consultation, and training support for staff development related to the education of students with disabilities within the HFM BOCES region.

In addition to staff development opportunities, SETRC has a collection of professional and instructional materials available for loan. These include assessment materials, as well as books, periodicals and audiovisuals designed to facilitate the increased educational performance of students with disabilities. BOCES and component districts' staff members, Board of Education members, students, parents, and other community members may call upon SETRC to request materials, services, and supports.
