This service is geared to help school districts design and
improve instruction and instructional management. It
consists of three components:
Staff Development,
Curriculum
Development and
Data Analysis. The service focuses upon
programs that help districts implement the New York State
Learning Standards and prepare them for success on New York
State assessment measures.
