The new 21st Century Community Learning Centers serve middle-school children and families in the Amsterdam, Fort Plain, Gloversville and Johnstown school districts. These afterschool programs primarily serve students ages 11-15 in the middle school who are most at risk for educational failure.
While the operation has specific goals aimed at meeting the needs of a targeted population, these programs are open to all based on priorities, needs and accommodation.
