Current openings

• Part Time Clinical Instructor for Licensed Practical Nursing program

  This part-time position requires a:

• Current RN license
• Current Physical (within the past year)
• Current Tuberculosis Test (within the past year)
• Current/up-to-date immunizations

Duties are to supervise LPN students in clinical facilities and complete student clinical evaluation forms.

The salary is $190 per day

• Temporary Interim Alternative Education Principal

  This is an interim administrative position within the Administrative bargaining unit. The anticipated opening is from January 3 - March 2, 2012. Salary is $300 per day.

New York State certification is required in one of the following: School District Administrator, School District Leader, School Building Leader, School Administrator and Supervisor.

A letter of application, updated resume and copy of the administrative certificate should be forwarded to HFM BOCES District Superintendent Dr. Patrick Michel, 2755 State Hwy. 67, Johnstown, NY 12095 no later than Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2011.

• HFM BOCES Substitute Services

HFM BOCES Substitute Services Office is seeking applications for on-call substitute teachers, school aides, school nurses, clerical, and food service workers for BOCES and area school districts.

  Minimum requirements include:

  • Substitute teacher - 60 college credits

  • Substitute teacher aide - High school diploma or G.E.D.

  • Substitute clerical - High school diploma or G.E.D.
  and clerical experience 

  • Substitute food service - High school diploma or G.E.D.

  • Substitute school nurse - Licensed RN or LPN
