Scheduling Packet (2008-2009) HFM BOCES
classrooms, conference rooms and other spaces may be utilized by
staff members for meetings and conferences. You may also request
meals and/or special catering.
See boxes at left for important
forms you may need. Please note that there are separate forms
for organizations not part of HFM BOCES. If you would like
to request the meeting or conference, log on to FS Direct
through
www.schooldude.com. You can obtain a login name and password
by calling David Aimone at 736-4380 or via e-mail at
daimone@hfmboces.org.
• In FS Direct, select your room – make sure you check room
availability. Board Room use is approved by Dr. Davis.
• Indicate room set up – see attached sheet for
room layout
designs. An email will be generated from the system to
Operations. • Indicate any AV requests. An
e-mail will be generated from the system to Computer Services.
• Indicate if food will be required; select appropriate forms at
left.
Other considerations:
If your event is not being catered and you expect participants
(10 or more) to go through the lunch line, e-mail Brenda Allen
at ballen@hfmboces.org.
Please schedule your lunch breaks between 12 noon and 1 p.m.
(after students have finished lunch).
Snacks and drinks are available in the cafeteria throughout the
morning. Vending machines for drinks are available in the
cafeteria.
Provide parking information to participants prior to the day of
the event.
On the day of the event, make sure someone is available to
direct participants to the conference/meeting room. Signs posted
in the Conference Center lobby are encouraged for events.
