Why are no special education students' pictures used at the top of the website like they used to?

The photos at the top of the homepage were randomly selected from a larger group of images taken by students from our Digital Multimedia program. The selection was then compared with a list of students whose parents have requested exclusion from photos for promotional use. The remainder were used in the photo array.

There was no intention to include or exclude any specific group or program, but to show a variety of faces of HFM BOCES students. In fact, one student in the array is from a Special Education program.

New photos are being taken now, and an entirely new array will debut soon.
